This signed contract constitutes an order for wedding photography in the form of prints of photographs and digital images. There are no oral or other agreements of the parties hereto and this Contract constitutes full and complete understanding and agreement between the Client and the Photographer.
A $200.00 deposit is due upon receipt of contract. Remaining balance is due one week before the wedding. These fees can be paid with cash or check made payable to CIRI Photography.
Upon receipt of signed contract and deposit, the Photographer (Jenna Dickerson) reserves the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, the Reservation Deposit of $200.00 is non-refundable, even if date is changed or
wedding cancelled. Reservation deposit is to be paid at time contract is signed. Reservation deposit is applied towards the contracted wedding photography package upon completion of this contract. Client understands and agrees that the entire amount owed for the wedding photography package described in this contract is due one week before the Wedding Day.
In the event the Client must cancel the contracted services for wedding photography on this Contract, the Photographer agrees to refund all money paid, excluding the Reservation Deposit of $200.00.
Client will be provided with a print release form granting print rights for all photos taken as part of this agreement.
Photos will be processed approximately two to three weeks after event.
It is agreed that the Photographer may display and use photographs from
Engagement/Bridal/Wedding for advertising, display, website and internet promotion, photographic contests, bridal shows, public display as in malls, photography books, photography instructional books, store fronts, window displays, studio display, television advertising, magazine advertising and any other purposes thought proper by the Photographer.
If the Client uses photos from the USB on social media networks, all credit must be given to CIRI Photography with a link to CIRI’s website.
All prints and products that come with desired package must be ordered within one year of wedding date.
